Meet Candice
Candice Lawler has a bachelor's degree from Evangel University and a Masters degree from Regent University. Since 2015, Candice has been working directly with franchisees in Amazing Lash Studio and Massage Heights. She managed a portfolio of over 25 separate business entities in accounting, HR, and operations support. Her knowledge base in operations, training, payroll, accounting, and expense management yields a benefit to growing your business. Since 2019, Candice has supported multiple franchises and small businesses around the United States in retail, restaurant, energy, agriculture, real estate, and non-profit sectors. This wide range of industry experience has diversified her skillset and allows her to bring unique insights to your business.
Candice believes your P&Ls should be actionable items to make changes in your business. She provides clarity and understanding in your business through your financial statements to set reasonable benchmarks to manage the business. With direct experience with franchises in Operations, Payroll, HR, and Bookkeeping, Candice understands the small business, provides quality books promptly, and understands expense and income proformas for growing franchises.
In her free time, Candice enjoys serving her church music ministry, farming and ranching, making sourdough, supporting people in holistic health, and entertaining her sheepadoodle, Libby.
Meet Laura
Laura Christensen has a Bachelors degree from Evangel University. Prior to joining CEL Bookkeeping Services, LLC Laura worked in the oil and gas, logistics, and education industries providing human resources, analytics, administrative, and compliance support. At CEL Bookkeeping Services, Laura specializes in expense allocation and payroll processing, providing a high level of detail to streamline processes and provide excellent customer service.
When not at the office, Laura can be found drinking a sweet tea, reading, and spending time with her rather large cat.
Meet Brad
Brad Lawler has a Bachelors degree from the University of Texas at Arlington in Finance. Brad has 30 years of experience in banking, retail, and finance, developing an understanding of how the work on the ground by people translates and creates meaning to the financial statements we develop. Brad has a strong understanding of financial principles, reading and understanding financial statements, and preparing and navigating the complexities of federal tax regulations, setting clients up for success. Brad currently works in the residential mortgage industry and supports CEL Bookkeeping as a staff bookkeeper and consultant on tax and business structuring.

In his free time, Brad enjoys spending time with his family, creating culinary masterpieces, cycling, and dabbling in construction projects.
